• Disposable Aluminum Tray or Other Grilling Pan/Tray
• Grilling Rack

Directions:

Preheat grill to 400℉, set for indirect grilling.
Create aluminum tray or use a disposable aluminum tray or other grilling pan/tray.
Place wire grilling rack in the aluminum tray.
Place slices of bacon on the grilling rack.
Place tray on the non-heated side of the cooking grid.
After 4 minutes flip the bacon over.
Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.
When the bacon is grilled to desired doneness, remove from the grill.
Serve and enjoy.
