Ingredients:
1 lb Polish sausage link or smoked sausage links
1/2 head Cabbage
20 sm Potatoes
1 sm Onion
4-8 T Garlic Butter (if not available, you can use butter and garlic powder)
4 Ice cubes
4 Sheets 18x12 in. Aluminum foil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Cut Polish sausage or smoked sausage into 1 inch pieces.
Cut cabbage into 1/2 inch wedges.
Slice onions.
Place equal amounts of sausage, cabbage, onions and potatoes onto aluminum foil.
Place 1 ice cube in each packet.
Top with 1-2 T of garlic butter and season with salt and pepper.
Seal each pouch up.
Place on the grill.
Grill for 50 minutes, making sure to flip the packets every 15 minutes.
Once everything is fully cooked, remove from the grill and rest for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
