Grilled Breakfast Nachos

Directions:

1. Preheat griddle/grill to medium-high (350℉).
   Note: If using a grill, place griddle topper on the grill before preheating.
2. Place chorizo on one side of the griddle.
3. Scramble eggs on the other side of the griddle.
4. Grill chorizo and eggs until fully cooked. Remove and place in disposable foil pan.
5. In another disposable foil pan, line the bottom with tortilla chips.
6. Cut up the chorizo into small pieces.
7. Top tortillas with the scrambled eggs.
8. Spread chorizo on top of the eggs.
9. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the chorizo.
10. Place empty disposable foil pan on top, to dome.
11. Place back on the griddle/grill for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
12. Optional: Top with your favorite topping.
13. Serve and enjoy.
