Grilled Cheesy Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients:
3 Portobello mushrooms (stems removed)
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Minced garlic
Pinch of sea salt
Hamburger buns (optional)
Directions:
Rub each portobello mushroom with olive oil, minced garlic, and garlic juice (best to use gloves)
Place mushrooms in Ziploc bag and let sit for at least an hour in the refrigerator
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Remove the mushrooms from Ziploc bag and put a pinch of sea salt on each side of the portobellos.
Grill the portobellos for 10 minutes with the inside (the side where the stem was) down.
Flip the portobellos and grill for another 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, put shredded mozzarella on the inside of the portobellos. Let the cheese melt completely.
Remove the from the grill and serve on a hamburger bun or by itself on a plate.
